To ensure fair usage, we may limit or suspend access if your account exceeds reasonable usage limits. Excessive usage includes, but is not limited to, downloading more than 1,000 documents priced at less than $0.10 each within a thirty day period. In such cases, we may notify you before taking action.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPPY Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of this website.

These Terms and your use of the PatVault.com will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
