File Histories

  1. Enter an 8-digit application number (e.g., "11111111" or "11/111,111"). Slashes and commas are allowed.
  2. Click 'Submit'
  3. PatVault will send you an email containing a link to download the PDF of your file history alongside an attached Table of Contents in Docx (Word) format.

File Histories are temporarily free. Only enter one application number at a time.

Delivery times for File Histories should be less than 15 minutes. Contact support@patvault.com if a File History is delayed.
